Kaleidoscope’s Gildersome nursery is located 5 miles west of Leeds City Centre just off the main A62 into Leeds and a short drive from the M62. The nursery overlooks the village green and although it is a private nursery, it is part of Gildersome and Drighlington Children’s Centre and has an excellent reputation for outstanding care and pre-school education. The manager at the Gildersome site is Natasha Smith who has many years experience in Nursery care. Natasha is level 3 qualified with a management qualification. Natasha is proud of the happy atmosphere that every visitor to the nursery comments on and her experienced and well-qualified team.

The nursery has excellent facilities for learning through play, both indoors and outdoors within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We have three rooms:

• Pink room for our 0yrs – 2yrs
• Red room for our 2yrs – 3yrs
• Blue room for our pre-schoolers.

We have an outdoor classroom to allow “free-flow” indoor/outdoor play.  Well-equipped outdoor areas with hard, grassed and rubberised  safety surfaces allow the children to play outside whatever the weather.

Kaleidoscope Gildersome is open from 7.30 am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks of the year, excluding Bank Holidays. We can offer full and part time care and early starts if required. We cater for any type of diet and our delicious food is home cooked from locally sourced ingredients to provide a healthy, balanced diet for your child.
