Whilst your child is in our care, all reasonably practicable actions will be taken to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.  To ensure that your child will be treated as an individual, be challenged yet be safe and secure at Kaleidoscope we have strict but workable policies and procedures that are regularly reviewed. All health and safety requirements are met by our Health and Safety policy with procedures for identifying, reporting and dealing with accidents, hazards and equipment.

Continuing Risk Assessment    For your confidence and peace of mind, daily and ongoing risk assessments enable us to action any issues as they arise and our awareness of your child’s constantly developing abilities helps to ensure appropriate safety measures are applied to avoid dangerous situations. 

Inclusive Care    Kaleidoscope offers inclusive care at all its sites and will endeavour to accommodate any child with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) wherever possible. Documentation is stored in line with data protection law and we use a specialist company to ensure that all our policies and procedures comply with current Ofsted guidelines and all relevant legislation.  When you enrol your child, we will issue you with a copy of our parent handbook that contains our main Policies & Procedures.
