We were extremely proud when in December 2000, we were awarded the "Investor in People" standard and this was retained after further assessments in December 2002 & 2005. All our caring staff are either qualified child carers or are working towards a child care qualification and we offer NVQ training and assessment on site, our playworkers are qualified to level 2 or 3 or are working towards this standard.
We are firmly committed to lifelong learning so encourage our staff to take advanced qualifications and personal development courses. We provide support and financial help wherever needed.
Because we are a growing company, we are always looking for quality people at all levels. There are opportunities for promotion and we do like to promote from within wherever possible.
